Chris is a licensed practical nurse (LPN) with 10 years experience in substance abuse and addiction treatment facilities and 15 years experience in nursing and nursing facilities. Chris’ experience includes extensive

knowledge of health insurance benefits and policies. Chris is also recognized for his ability to successfully provide Interventions for families looking to save the life of their addicted loved one. Chris began his business endeavors, with his first addiction treatment center formerly known as The Cove Counseling Group. As he recognized the needs of the community, he worked to open a separate and unique adult addiction treatment center (the Cove), with a focus on alcohol addiction solutions and drug addiction solutions. The Cove Center for Recovery in nationally recognized, getting the attention of individuals in need of treatment from the West Coast of the United States and throughout the expansive United States, including the entire East Coast. Chris’ professional reputation extends into the Caribbean, with people attending the Cove Center for Recovery from the Virgin Islands too. Chris’ vision for the Cove is to continue to enhance the initial call process and admissions process for individuals and/or their family members. Chris often answers admission calls, as he keeps his attention on the pulse of the Cove Center for Recovery, offering individuals and family members seeking addiction treatment, the information and comfort they seek during the emotional beginning of a life journey in recovery. As a professional and a parent, he recognizes this difficult yet hopeful time in each family’s life and works to make each person’s experience in The Cove, rewarding and successful. Chris Walsh is married to Karen Corcoran, who is also his business partner. Together they work to provide premier care through alcohol addiction treatment and drug addiction treatment. Chris recently appeared on the Dr. Phil Show, as an expert in the field of addiction treatment. He has worked with his wife developing a television show, focusing on the addiction cycle and solutions to alcohol or drug addiction. Christopher Walsh is a licensed practical nurse, holding numerous certifications. He is a member in good standing with business organizations including several chambers of commerce.
