Premiering Sunday, June 5th 2011, “Reality
Talk Radio Show” is the newly added recovery
resource to Cove Center for Recovery and Inspirations
Teen Rehab. Callers can tune in to WIOD (100.3 FM,
610 AM) from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm to experience a
talk show like no other.
Join us for a fun-filled and ZANY approach to
"REAL LIFE" issues and facts in the
world of drug addiction and recovery. Reality
Talk Radio Show will feature guest speakers and
special appearances by celebrity guests, news-worthy
information and giveaways to callers.
Talk show hosts, Karen Corcoran Walsh and Christopher
Walsh are active participants and sponsors of
non-profit organizations working in the prevention
and treatment of drug abuse with a special focus
on raising awareness on the national epidemic
of teen drug abuse. Their recent volunteer and
work includes the Chris Evert Charities, The Lorenzo
White Foundation, The Writers in Treatment Organization,
and the PRISM awards (for depiction of addiction
in the film industry).
Also part of the show is host Michael Lohan, continuing
his work with the prevention of drug abuse including
an upcoming appearance on Dr. Drew's Celebrity
Rehab, numerous radio show guest appearances,
and the development of a "Reality Rehab"
show, soon to be announced.
