supports the philosophy that partial
hospitalization treatment is just the beginning
of the recovery process and that all of our patients
will require ongoing support. The entire addiction
treatment team is responsible and committed
to designing a plan that will assist in preventing
relapse for each patient. It is the patient's responsibility
to follow it. Recommendations may include, but will
not be limited to, attendance at our outpatient
center, individual therapy, family therapy, a referral
to address a specific issue, attendance at 12 step
meetings or even to a halfway house. Every plan
is different, as is every patients needs. The element
every plan has in common is the shared experience
of long-term recovery.
