What I liked best about the Cove:

“The more one-on-one time you have with each staff member.”

My favorite activity in treatment was:

“Going to the gym and generally feeling free by going on day-trips.”

I learned the following coping skills which will help me at home:

“That it is okay to ask for help and it’s okay to be scared.”

I learned how to control or reduce my anger by:

“Talking things out and not bottling things up.”

The best time I had at the Cove was:

“When I went to the Everglades on an airboat.”

My relationship with my parent/parents now is:

“It’s better than it has ever been. I can talk to my mom without fighting.”

I have learned to improve my life by:

“Asking for help when I need it and okay with asking for help.”
